Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make every experience with YaSama® positive and easy. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

General Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of purchase. Products must meet the conditions outlined below. Products purchased from authorized resellers must be returned directly to them. For any questions or assistance, please contact us at sales@yasama.us and please include your order number in the message to help us assist you faster.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Due to the special nature of our products (especially gel nail stickers and nail cosmetics), returns and exchanges must meet these conditions:

  • Products must be unused and unopened. The black light-reflective or tamper-evident packaging must not be torn or damaged.
  • Items must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

No prior authorization or RMA number is required.

Return & Refund Process

  1. To let us know you will be returning or exchanging an item, please click here: return or exchange request.
  2. Prepare your item for return, ensuring it meets the conditions described in “Return & Exchange Conditions” section.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address on your packing slip. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note: any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    If your item was shipped under a promotional free shipping offer, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 7–14 business days to process the refund.

  • Items returned to the wrong address or items that do not meet our return conditions may not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchange Process

  1. To let us know you will be returning or exchanging an item, please click here: return or exchange request.
  2. Prepare your item for return, ensuring it meets the conditions described in the Return & Exchange Conditions section.
  3. Send the item you wish to exchange back to us, including your order number and a brief note requesting the exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will promptly send the replacement.
    • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you will be contacted by email and given the option to select another design of equal value.
